In 1997, the company has officially changed its business name to “Partners.” A branch office was established in 2000 in Seoul, Korea and in 2002, Partners acquired the brand, “PermaLife Cookware.”

Finally in 2003, Partners introduced an advanced version of PermaLife Cookware called “Smartware.” “Smartware” is made from the highest quality surgical steel that is unmatched anywhere in the world, with featured functions not available in any previous Permalife editions.
