Every piece of your Smartware Cookware is warranted to be free from defects in material, construction, and craftsmanship for the life of the product.

You will not need to purchase another cookware set in your lifetime.

You can exchange your old cookware set to a new set at a 50% discount even if the cookware is damaged due to your own negligence.

Smartware's knobs and handles are also serviced throughout the life-time of the cookware for a small fee. If you need to replace knobs or handles of your cookware, please refer to the fees below and contact your sales person.
